Data Analyst – Dispatch Operations

What’s the Job?

We are seeking a Utilities Dispatch Analyst to support dispatch operations, analyze performance data, and optimize field resource allocation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.

Pay Rate: $26.44/hr
Position Type: 1 Full‑Time Contract (Project-Based)
Shift: First Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze dispatch data to identify operational patterns and trends.
• Optimize resource allocation to improve dispatch and field efficiency.
• Work with Inventory Production Reports to support operational needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track and report key KPIs related to dispatch and field operations.

You Must Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience using data-analysis tools/techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with Work Order Management Systems.
• 1+ year of Power BI and Excel experience.
