Duties
Produce work according to manufacturing standards, work orders, and safety requirements
Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
Document actions, production, and quality logs to ensure continuity and communication between shifts

Assets
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor
