What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely coordination of orders so customers consistently receive the correct products on schedule while maintaining a high standard of courteous, customer‑focused service.
  • Provide attentive support to customers and dealers by processing orders promptly and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers through reliable communication and consistent service.
  • Enter feed orders into the ERP system and update them as changes come in through email, text, or phone. Ensure all modifications are captured in real time so production and delivery teams have the most current information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—including mill operations, logistics, sales, and warehouse teams—to ensure full visibility of upcoming orders in a well‑planned, systematic manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the feed sales team to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met and work in partnership with supply chain, sales representatives, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to support smooth order fulfillment from start to finish.
  • Use the ERP system (M3) daily for order entry, updates, tracking, and coordination across departments, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Manufacturing experience or livestock industry experience is an asset
  • ERP experience an asset
  • Good computer skills
  • A highly organized and proactive ensuring smooth planning and timely delivery.

You’ll also need

  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Computer skills basic word, excel, data entry, computerized order entry system experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work on‑site 5 days/week. Comfort with ERP/ SAP systems is an asset.
