In this role, the successful candidate will work to process various operational requests received by the Client Experience team from our clients. The Client Experience Team is the ‘go to’ for our Investment Advisor clients and the corresponding relationship is based on the trust they have in our expertise and ability to support them effectively. We are looking for someone who works calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensures work is completed in a timely fashion. This is an entry-level role that is primarily non-client facing with ample room for career growth.

What You Will Do

• Process/complete operational tasks that include account opening, non-financial updates, transfer initiation and follow ups, account closures, troubleshooting system issues and more
• Provide support to and work with other departments as required for multi-faceted issues
• Work on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updates
• Assisting and supporting the Client Experience team on ad-hoc items

You Will Bring:

• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride over your work
• Experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries is an asset

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$34,320 to $58,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
