Operations Analyst
Department: Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
Create EDI files
Create and manage Inbound Tracker, Outbound Tracker, PO status tracker
Create and submit Notice of Receipts and Dispatches
Provide inventory snapshots in the case online portal is unavailable
Monitor inventory closely to prevent shortages on PO and optimize stock levels

Job Requirements:
Must have intermediate Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
Any retail experience is an asset
Supply Chain exposure or education an asset but they will train!
Strong written and oral communication skills are required
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Post-Secondary education in Business or related field, or equivalent related experience an asset
