Job description
Are you a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive individual? Are you interested in the insurance field? Seize this opportunity to take on a crucial role within a dynamic team where people and operational excellence are at the very heart of our priorities!

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of the company to our clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers in order to accurately meet their needs. You will make it a point of honor to provide them with attentive, professional, and resolutely solution-oriented advisory service. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with the team to optimize file processing and perfect the daily management of inquiries.

📍 Location: Downtown Montreal
💼 Status: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanent hire).
🕒 Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35 hours/week).
💰 Salary: $22 to $26 / hour, depending on experience.

Handle approximately 180 calls per day.

Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department.

Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems).

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in standard office software.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.

Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
