Our valued client is hiring a Senior SAP EHS Lead to support enterprise ERP modernization and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Background:

The organization is modernizing its enterprise ERP landscape to enable integrated business processes across finance, supply chain, engineering, and operational domains. As part of this transformation, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) processes must be aligned to modern SAP S/4HANA standards and integrated across related modules. Senior-level functional leadership is required to ensure scalable, compliant, and future-ready EHS solutions are designed and implemented.

Tasks:

• Lead SAP EHS functional design, configuration, and enhancement activities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather and refine EHS-related requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on EHS compliance, risk management, and integration points.
• Ensure EHS processes integrate effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance modules.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and cross-team solution alignment.
• Mentor functional team members and promote best practices in SAP EHS delivery.
• Support agile implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
