Tasks

• Receiving Management: Ensure accurate tracking of multiple shipments simultaneously and maintain proper reporting.
• Receiving Information Analysis and Organization: Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of information and quickly resolve any logistical issues.
• Responsiveness and Handling Unexpected Issues: Anticipate and proactively respond to delays or unforeseen circumstances in the supply chain.
• Time Management and Planning: Develop and adhere to tight schedules while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Proficiency with Office Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis functions.
• Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written, to facilitate communication with international partners.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.
• A course in logistics or relevant training would be considered an additional asset.
