Your Role
The IT Intern – Business Analyst will contribute to building the IT roadmap for 2026 and 2027, defining capabilities and the operating model for data and digital, and identifying quick‑win AI use cases. The intern will also support various IT projects and initiatives, including activities related to the Project through to go‑live.
This role is hybrid from our Montréal office.

- Contribute to defining a capabilities model and an operating model for digital and data, including identifying opportunities for AI integration and quick‑win initiatives.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends and best practices in digital transformation and data valorization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and analyze business needs related to the 2026–2027 IT roadmap.
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects in alignment with departmental objectives and timelines.
- Participate in Project activities and provide operational support through go‑live.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (an asset).
- Basic understanding of digital technologies and data analytics, including AI concepts.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Motivated, autonomous, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
