We are seeking a Bilingual Client Success Specialist (CSS) to join our team in Toronto. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients by supporting both operations and sales. The CSS works cross-functionally with internal teams and carriers to provide strategic solutions, ensure accurate billing and reporting, and exceed client expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position Key Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of account management or customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree required OR 2–3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience or education in transportation/logistics preferred
- Strong client relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to analyze, audit, and process detailed billing and service data accurately
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners (carriers/vendors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Professional communication skills with the ability to present to business users and decision-makers
