DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

TPMMis a multiyear enterprise initiative transforming how the Bank managesthirdpartyrelationships acrosstheThird PartyManagement Lifecycle(TPML).The initiativeis focused onimprovingspeed to value,enhancing the stakeholder experience, andenablingaccountability forthirdpartyspend and riskacross theTPMLthrough optimized governance, modernizedtooling, automated processes, anddatadriveninsights.

JOBOVERVIEW:

Reporting to theAssociate Vice President,Third PartyManagement Modernization, the Senior Manager is accountable forexecutinghigh impactTPMM initiativesand deliveryofthe program’s strategic priorities.

This role combinesstrongstrategy anddeliveryleadershipwithsubject matterexpertiseinthirdpartymanagement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • TPMMStrategy & OKRsManagement

  • Contribute to the strategic directionandagile deliveryroadmap for theTPMMinitiative, applying strong data analysis and storytellingto gain stakeholder buy-in.

  • Provide subject‑matterexpertiseand thought leadershipin third‑party management lifecycle design,participatingin solution design, testing, and implementation whererequired.

  • Drivedecision making through clear, structured insights and executive level presentations (e.g., business cases, OKR progress, senior executive/ boardlevelupdatesetc.)

  • InitiativeDelivery & Execution:

  • Plan, manage, and execute complex transformation deliverables, driving alignment across Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance,Technologyand business stakeholders.

  • Develop clear execution plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and trade‑offs as needed.

  • Managedeliveryrisks, dependencies, andtrade offs, escalating issues and recommendations asappropriate.

  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities for Procurement

  • Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and related deliverables / outcomes

  • Lead /facilitateand/or implement action/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues

  • Executive & Stakeholder Enablement:

  • Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership toexecutiveaudience (output is roadmap and/or strategic plan/ deliverables/frameworks/ short to long term goals etc.)

  • Prepare and deliver executive ready materials, including business cases, insightsonOKR progress, and decision support.

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert acrossthe TPML.

  • Partner effectively with Procurement, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders.


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree with10+ years of relevant experiencein largescale transformation/thirdpartymanagement enterprise delivery roles.

  • Self-starter withdemonstratedability to take initiative and work independently as part of a high performing team, with Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

  • Strongdeliverytrack recordleading complex,multi-workstreaminitiatives.

  • Demonstratedexpertiseinthird partymanagement functions and/or tooling, including platforms such asSAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.

  • Experience applyingautomation, data, andAIenabledcapabilitiesto improve business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, andexecutivepresentationskills.

  • High personal integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
