Nanny Wanted - Looking For A Reliable Nanny In Markham, Ontario $22.00/Hour

We are a busy professional family (Healthcare & Tech) with a sweet 11-month-old son. We value a home that is organized, proactive, and happy. We are looking for a reliable person to join our household and help us manage the busy afternoon-to-evening transition.

The Role :

We are looking for someone who can balance engaging childcare with keeping our home running smoothly :

• 1 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM (Childcare) : Your focus is 100% on our son—playing, naps, and feeding.
• 5 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 PM (Household Support) : We take over childcare so you can focus on a "daily reset." This includes simple meal prep, tidying baby areas, and light housekeeping.

Work From Home (WFH) & Schedule :

• WFH : Dad works from a dedicated home office. He stays "tucked away" to ensure you have autonomy, but is available for emergencies.
• Flexibility : Core hours are 1 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 PM. Approximately 3-4 times per month, we require coverage until 8 : 30 PM. We provide our schedule months in advance to help you plan.

Standard Requirements

1. Vulnerable Sector Police Check (VSC) (within the last 6 months or willing to obtain).

2. Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (must include infant-specific training).

3. References from past childcare or household roles.

Logistics & Pay :

Rate : $22 / hour (based on experience).

Commute :

We live near Markham GO and Cornell Terminal. We can provide station pick-up and drop-off for every shift—including late nights—to ensure you catch your connection safely.

Ample parking in our driveway if you are driving
