Client Services Representative – Animal Emergency Clinic of Fraser Valley $19–23/hr based on experience Full-time opportunity in Langley, British Columbia Schedule: Client Services operates 7 days a week; seeking someone with flexible availability.

Anticipated schedule may include 8–10 hour shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

This client-facing role balances reception, communication, and clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospital, supporting both our clients and our nursing team.

In your day-to-day, you will: Provide in-person and telephone reception, including discussing fees, answering questions regarding services and care, and assessing for patient triage recommendations to the nursing team Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner Manage client financial accounts, including cash handling and daily payment reconciliation Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture What You Bring An understanding of the importance of client care excellence Preferred prior experience in customer service or a veterinary setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate information clearly to clients and team members The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and stressful environment, staying calm and focused Close attention to detail, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency Strong problem-solving abilities, handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy A compassionate and caring attitude toward pets and their owners, ensuring a positive experience for all clients A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care Perks & Benefits Competitive wage rate between $19–23/hr based on experience Premiums for evening and overnight shifts RRSP Matching Program Comprehensive Extended Health Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Health & Wellness Benefit (annual allowance) Employee Assistance Program (professional counseling) Paid Vacation time, Sick days, and Bereavement leave Uniform Allowance Generous staff discounts on services and products, plus staff pet facilities Location Highlight Located in British Columbia's Langley, the clinic offers easy access to the natural beauty of the Lower Mainland - from mountains and rivers to parks and trails - while remaining within reach of Metro Vancouver's amenities.
