Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning.
– Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments.
– Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.
– Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.
– Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF.
– Order production materials and parts as needed.
– Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
– 10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production
– 5 years experience in a supervisory role
– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling.
– Strong leadership and floor management skills.
– Experience with equipment maintenance (Mamiki machine DDF).
