We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Nanaimo as a Part-Time (Evenings + Weekends) Membership Associate!

About the Role: As a Membership Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our club, helping potential members take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving membership sales, maintaining our facility in top condition, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Membership Sales: Chatting with potential members about what makes Orangetheory so effective and fun, and helping people book their first class.
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional experience for everyone who visits the studio. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will make members feel welcome and valued.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep to ensure our studio is always looking its best. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting environment for our members.
