Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – primarily remote with approximately one day per week in the Toronto office)
Reports to: Vice President, Clinical Decision Support
About You
You’ve always been drawn to the intersection of clinical science, innovation, and real-world impact. You have a strong interest in how healthcare data and AI can be applied to identify patients earlier and support better-informed clinical decision-making. This led you to build a career in healthcare, Life Sciences, or clinical analytics, where you developed a deep understanding of disease biology, care pathways, and the realities of clinical practice.
You’ve spent several years translating complex clinical concepts into structured thinking and actionable insights, and now you’re ready for something more: more ownership, more opportunity to shape how clinical decision support is designed and delivered, and more direct impact on how AI-enabled solutions are applied responsibly in healthcare. You enjoy working across disciplines, partnering with data science and product teams, and engaging with Life Sciences stakeholders to ensure that solutions are scientifically rigorous, practical, and meaningful. You take pride in clarity, precision, and delivering high-quality work that earns trust.
If this sounds like you, this is your opportunity to help shape how clinical decision support drives measurable impact for patients and healthcare partners.
About HEALWELL AI
HEALWELL AI is a healthcare technology company focused on improving patient outcomes by enabling earlier disease detection, more accurate diagnosis, and better-informed clinical decision-making. HEALWELL AI develops and deploys AI-enabled solutions that leverage real-world healthcare data to support clinicians, health systems, and Life Sciences organizations in addressing complex and underserved patient populations.
A core component of HEALWELL AI’s offering is the HEALWELL Clinical Decision Support Platform, which combines artificial intelligence and evidence-based rules engines to continuously screen electronic medical records (EMRs). This platform identifies clinical features, patterns, and care gaps indicative of patients with rare and complex chronic diseases who may benefit from further investigation, diagnosis, or care optimization.
The Role
HEALWELL AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Decision Support to play a hands-on role in the design, execution, and delivery of Life Sciences customer programs.
Reporting to the VP, Clinical Decision Support, this role has responsibility for specific Life Sciences projects from disease strategy and clinical logic design through execution, validation, and customer delivery.
