Job descriptionAs a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst, you will lead the development, maintenance, and communication of critical GDS Investigations reporting. This role is not merely about data entry; it is about performance orchestration. You will own the monthly Local Distribution Company (LDC) reports, which are the primary tools used by executive leadership to manage and improve operational results across the organization’s diverse utility portfolio. You will act as a strategic consultant to the business, identifying trends before they become issues and advising on tactics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
Lead Reporting Excellence: Direct the development and communication of cross-functional GDS Investigations reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for monthly LDC performance reviews.
Consultative Design: Work intimately with business units to design and develop custom management tools and reports that directly support evolving business requirements.
Strategic Advising: Actively monitor data trends to provide expert advice to the business, recommending specific tactics and opportunities to improve performance.
Stakeholder Partnership: Establish and maintain high-level client relationships, ensuring reporting tools effectively bridge the gap between technical data and operational execution.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to existing reporting frameworks to drive efficiency and deeper analytical insights.
Qualifications
Education: University Degree required, specifically in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance measurement, advanced reporting, or business analytics.
Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling) and PowerPoint. Proven experience with Power BI, Business Objects, and other enterprise-level performance tools.
Analytical Rigor: Strong business intelligence skills with the ability to conduct deep-dive analysis on multifaceted data sets.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and present findings to diverse audiences.
Track Record: Proven ability to drive measurable results and implement large-scale reporting improvements.
