Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un *analyste MAP Engineering* pour rejoindre notre équipe MAP Liaison Engineering basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes Ingénierie, Méthodes, Opérations et Qualité.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe MAP Liaison Engineering qui est chargée de fournir des solutions d'ingénierie aux problèmes de production.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis :

• Collecter, analyser et interpréter des données pour aider à prendre des décisions stratégiques éclairées et à améliorer les performances globales;
• Utiliser des méthodologies de collecte de données en recueillant des données pertinentes à partir de diverses sources internes comme NCMS (Non Conformity Management System) et Skywise;
• Créer des tableaux, des graphiques et d'autres représentations visuelles (Visualisation des données) pour communiquer efficacement les résultats par une narration claire et conseiller les utilisateurs de manière appropriée;
• Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour partager des informations avec les parties prenantes;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres équipes et départements pour le développement et la maintenance des outils d'analyse;
• Être le point focal pour l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) et ses implications pour MAP (travailler avec d'autres plateformes MAP sur le développement de l'IA).
• Votre profil : *
• Diplôme universitaire en génie aéronautique, mécanique ou équivalent ou diplôme d'études collégiales;
• Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement d'ingénierie aéronautique ou manufacturière;
• Très bonnes compétences en communication (écrite et orale) en français et en anglais;
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques pertinents (SAP, MS Office, Skywise, NCMS, Google Suite);
• Sens aigu de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail;
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a *MAP Engineering Analyst* to join our MAP Liaison Engineering team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Engineering, Methods, Operations and Quality teams.

You will be part of the MAP Liaison Engineering team responsible for / developing engineering solutions to production.

• Data Collection & Management : Collecting, cleaning, and preparing technical datasets, gathering relevant data from various internal sources such as NCMS (Non-Conformity Management System) and Skywise.
• Analysis & Interpretation : Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, outliers, and recurring patterns within manufacturing or operational data (e.g., NCR frequency, snag resolution times, system performance metrics).
• Visualization & Reporting : Creating and maintaining visualization reports (dashboards, tables, graphs, and other visual representations) to effectively communicate results through clear storytelling and advise users appropriately.
• Decision Support : Serving as a data resource to help the MAP team evaluate proposed solutions and understand the downstream impact of process changes on the product line.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working closely with other teams and departments for the development and maintenance of these analytical tools and solutions.
• AI Strategy Focal Point : Serving as the focal point for Artificial Intelligence (AI) development and understanding its implications for the MAP Platform.
• Your boarding pass : *
• University degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or a college diploma;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an aerospace engineering or manufacturing environment;
• Very good communication skills (written and oral) in both French and English;
• Proficiency in relevant IT tools (SAP, MS Office, Skywise, NCMS, Google Suite);
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
