We are looking for a proactive Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our brand. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and want to learn the ropes of the home services industry, we want to meet you.

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll assess what the customer needs, find the right technician for the job, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the first “hello” to the final follow-up.

Your Day to Day:

Be the Contact Point: respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional manner.
Solve & Route: evaluate service requests to determine which staff member is best suited for the task.
Own the Schedule: schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and ensure they have all the details needed to succeed.
Problem Solve: identify ways to resolve customer concerns on the spot before escalating them.
Follow Through: check in with customers post-service to ensure they are 100% satisfied.
Stay Organized: maintain accurate records in our CRM and scheduling systems.


What You Bring:

We are looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented person who is comfortable juggling the details and schedules.


Education & Experience: a High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset) and a basic understanding or interest in home repair.
Communication: you’re a confidant speaker to homeowners and technicians.
Tech Savvy: you’re comfortable with multi-line phones, email, scheduling software, and basic CRM systems.
Calm Under Pressure: you can juggle multiple tasks in urgent situations in a professional manner.
A Keen Eye: you notice the small details other might miss with being organized.
