YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial processes across multiple locations. You will:

• Verify and enter customer payments and posting transactions in our ERP system (IDS Astra).
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, comparing records across multiple locations and departments to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports to support month-end processes.
• Code and enter Accounts Payable invoices in the ERP system with precision and timeliness.
• Assist with payroll support, including calculating hours.
• Support with data entry and administrative accounting tasks as required.
• Update product information and support data accuracy across internal systems and the company website.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, and Administration to ensure seamless financial processes.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvements.

Your work will directly support operational excellence, financial integrity, and the high standards our customers expect.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completion of a 2–3year post-secondary program in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AR, AP, bookkeeping, clerical, or accounting support roles.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential financial information with discretion.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems with the ability to pick up quickly (e.g., IDS Astra, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
• Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools.
• Progress toward CPA designation or plans to pursue professional accounting certification.
