We are currently looking for a Terminal Manager for our Pickering Terminal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm

Salary: Salary will be based on experience

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage, coach and train personnel
• Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
• Manage Operating budget, P&L responsibility and Performance KPIs
• Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
• Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
• Previous Management experience in the Transportation or Courier Industry is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
