As the Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the post secondary campuses in the Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton. This position requires a high energy individual who has the capability to multitask and effectively lead and mentor a team of security professionals. The successful applicant must lead by example and set a high standard of service for both customers and client alike. his role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of security staff, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and supporting training, mentoring, and performance management across all assigned locations
