The Business Partnership & Technology Delivery Manager works closely with the Vice President of Technology and multiple department stakeholders to lead the planning, governance, and technical delivery of key initiatives across all Fit4Less locations. This includes managing software rollouts, hardware deployments, vendor integrations, and cross-functional projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Beyond multi-project collaboration, this role is actively involved in technical implementation and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to governance standards and successful execution from start to finish.

Job Summary:

Leads technology project delivery to ensure timely implementation, effective handover, and operational readiness.

  • Leads the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, and post-implementation review.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication updates for leadership.
  • Manages multiple concurrent initiatives such as software updates, hardware rollouts, and club network upgrades.
  • Ensures smooth transitions from implementation to support, with clear documentation and knowledge hand-off.

Enables operational readiness by ensuring IT delivery meets business requirements for deployment and use.

  • Oversees pre-deployment readiness checks, logistics coordination, and user communication.
  • Supports field teams and IT Support in troubleshooting issues during rollouts.
  • Standardizes processes for configuration, testing, and acceptance of new systems.

Facilitates collaboration among vendors and partners to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs, technical requirements, and governance expectations.

  • Acts as the primary liaison with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring accountability to deliverables and SLAs.
  • Coordinates testing, pilot rollouts, and change management activities.
  • Facilitates alignment between internal business needs and vendor capabilities.
  • Maintains, manages and evolves positive business relationships with vendors, partners, consultants and other outside entities providing services to the company to align external delivery with business and IT objectives.
  • Jointly with the other members of the IT team, supports technology vendor selection that aligns with strategic objectives while simultaneously meeting or surpassing technical expectations.

Maintains portfolio visibility through ongoing tracking and reporting to support leadership oversight and timely decisions.

  • Maintains a portfolio view of all technology projects in progress and upcoming.
  • Tracks project KPIs (timeline adherence, deployment success rate, incident rates post-launch).
  • Provides regular delivery updates to the VP of Technology and cross-functional leadership.

Contributes to scalable, reliable delivery by improving processes and keeping standards and documentation up to date.

  • Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in technology rollout processes; proposes and implements improvements.
  • Supports automation, data integration, and workflow optimization efforts (e.g., Office 365 apps, CRM, MMS).
  • Ensures documentation and SOPs are current and accessible to the internal IT department.

Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or related disciplines or equivalent work experience and technical training.
  • 5+ years in IT project coordination, technology implementation, or technical operations.
  • 3+ years managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders on technology initiatives.
  • 2+ years working with SaaS platforms, integrations, or cloud-based systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software systems.
  • Intermediate understanding of technology architecture, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, network fundamentals, and endpoint management tools.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, including use of project tools.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $78,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $78,000 - $110,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
