We are seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 Truck Driver for cross-border runs between Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong knowledge of DOT regulations, and experience with long-haul routes.
Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
Transport goods across Canada US border
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation (ELD, BOL, customs paperwork)
Comply with all provincial, federal, and DOT regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Secure loads properly and ensure cargo safety
Requirements
Valid Class 1 / AZ Driver's License
Minimum 3+ years of cross-border driving experience
Valid passport and ability to cross into the United States
Clean CVOR and abstract
Knowledge of ELD systems
Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations
Ability to drive long-haul routes and flexible schedules
Preferred Qualifications
FAST Card (asset)
Experience with dry van, reefer, or flatbed
Strong safety record
