À propos du poste

Fulltime est à la recherche d'un(e) Chef des Opérations pour prendre en charge notre moteur de revenus, l'expérience client et la croissance de l'équipe. Vous serez dans les tranchées à bâtir avant de diriger une équipe, et c'est exactement là où on veut que tu sois.

Votre objectif principal sera d'accélérer notre approche commerciale et de livrer des résultats clients exceptionnels, que ce soit en construisant notre processus de vente, en concevant nos programmes d'onboarding ou en recrutant une équipe performante. C'est un rôle pour un(e) bâtisseur(se) qui s'épanouit dans l'ambiguïté et qui est aussi à l'aise pour conclure une vente que pour concevoir le système derrière elle.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Prendre en charge l'ensemble du mouvement GTM : définir le processus de vente, gérer le pipeline et atteindre systématiquement les objectifs de croissance
  • Concevoir et améliorer les programmes d'onboarding et de succès client qui stimulent la rétention et l'expansion
  • Construire et déployer des agents IA internes pour automatiser les flux opérationnels et améliorer l'expérience client
  • Recruter, coacher et développer des talents performants au fur et à mesure de notre croissance

Ce que vous apportez

  • 4 ans et plus d'expérience dans une startup en forte croissance, un rôle de leadership opérationnel ou produit, ou en conseil en gestion
  • Une capacité démontrée à bâtir depuis zéro : vous avez lancé des initiatives GTM et créé des processus reproductibles
  • Une mentalité de fondateur(trice) : vous opèrez sans guide établi et faites tout ce qu'il faut pour obtenir des résultats
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral

Un atout si vous avez

  • Une expérience dans les métiers spécialisés, les services à domicile et/ou le SaaS vertical
  • Déjà bâti une fonction de succès client ou GTM dans une entreprise en démarrage

About the role

Fulltime is looking for a Head of Operations to lead our revenue engine and customer experience. This is an AI-native role: you'll be expected to build and deploy agents

Your primary goal will be to accelerate our go-to-market motion and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, ranging from building our sales process and designing onboarding programs to recruiting a high-performing team. This is a role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and is equally comfortable closing a deal and designing the system behind it.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end GTM motion: define the sales process, manage pipeline, and consistently hit growth targets
  • Design and improve the customer onboarding and success programs that drive retention and expansion
  • Build and deploy internal AI agents to automate operational workflows and improve the customer experience
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talent as we scale

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, operational leadership, product leadership or management consulting role
  • Proven ability to build from scratch: you've launched GTM initiatives and created repeatable processes
  • A founder mindset: you operate without a playbook and do whatever it takes to drive outcomes
  • Fluency in English and French, written and verbal

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in trades, home services, and / or vertical SaaS
  • Previously built a customer success or GTM function at an early-stage company
