IT Business Analyst – CIAM (Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock)

Title: IT Business Analyst CIAM (Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock)
Location: Remote (Halifax, NS Preference for EST/CST resources in Canada)

Role Summary

This role supports Product Managers and Product Owners in delivering secure, seamless digital identity solutions. The ideal candidate will lead discovery efforts, define clear requirements, and drive alignment across engineering, security, and business stakeholders within a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into features, epics, and user stories
• Document current-state and future-state CIAM workflows
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment
• Refine backlog items and support PI/Sprint planning
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
• Champion customer-centric digital identity experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and process documentation
• Experience working in SAFe or similar Agile frameworks
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of IAM / cybersecurity principles
• Candidates must have experience working with CIAM technologies such as Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity or ForgeRock (CIAM platforms)
• Experience analyzing complex datasets
• Experience with SharePoint
