Notre équipe progressive des Avantages sociaux est à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste sénior(e) des avantages sociaux pour soutenir nos programmes d’avantages destinés aux employés dans les Amériques (Canada, Mexique, Brésil et États-Unis). Environ 50 % des responsabilités de ce poste seront liées au soutien des avantages au Canada, tandis que le reste couvrira les États-Unis et l’Amérique latine. Ce poste requiert un haut niveau d’adaptabilité, d’intelligence émotionnelle et d’efficacité.

Ce rôle relèvera du/de la Directeur(trice) associé(e), Avantages sociaux – Amériques. Le/la Spécialiste principal(e) des avantages sociaux sera responsable des demandes des employés, du traitement des données, des congés et absences, des accommodements en milieu de travail, de la gestion des fournisseurs, ainsi que de la participation aux processus de renouvellement et du soutien à la conformité globale des régimes d’avantages sociaux.

Gestion et administration des programmes

  • Gérer l’administration quotidienne des programmes d’avantages sociaux des employés, incluant les assurances collectives (santé et mieux-être), les congés payés, les congés et absences, les accommodements en milieu de travail, les régimes de retraite et les initiatives de bien-être.

  • Traiter les inscriptions et transmettre les données aux fournisseurs en temps opportun.

  • Collaborer régulièrement avec nos courtiers en avantages sociaux, assureurs, administrateurs tiers, partenaires RH et autres parties prenantes clés.

  • Soutenir les opérations courantes des régimes, les renouvellements et l’implantation de nouveaux fournisseurs.

  • Agir comme principal moteur d’amélioration continue des processus liés aux avantages sociaux, en identifiant les inefficacités et en menant des initiatives visant à améliorer l’efficacité, l’exactitude et l’expérience employé.

Expertise en congés et accommodements

  • Gérer les processus de congé et d’absence, incluant les congés prévus par la loi (p. ex. AE, RQAP, congés provinciaux) ainsi que les programmes propres à l’employeur.

  • Soutenir les demandes d’accommodement en milieu de travail, en collaboration avec les RH, les gestionnaires et les fournisseurs tiers, afin d’assurer des pratiques cohérentes et conformes.

Conformité réglementaire et gouvernance

  • S’assurer que les programmes d’avantages sociaux respectent l’ensemble des réglementations applicables, notamment :

    Canada : Normes d’emploi fédérales et provinciales, exigences spécifiques au Québec

    Mexique : LFT, IMSS

    Brésil : CLT, avantages sociaux statutaires (p. ex. FGTS, INSS)

  • Maintenir et diffuser la documentation des régimes, les politiques et les avis requis, au besoin.

Soutien aux employés et communication

  • Offrir une expérience employé de haute qualité, en veillant à ce que les demandes liées aux avantages sociaux soient traitées rapidement et avec exactitude.

  • Développer, mettre à jour et présenter des communications, du matériel de formation et des présentations sur les avantages sociaux.

  • Fournir du soutien en français aux employés canadiens, selon les besoins.

Qualifications

Exigées

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience progressive en avantages sociaux, incluant une responsabilité directe des programmes canadiens.

  • Expérience démontrée en conception de régimes d’avantages sociaux au Canada, en exigences liées aux congés et absences et en processus d’accommodement.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (pour collaboration internationale).

Atouts

  • Expérience de soutien de plusieurs pays en Amérique du Nord et en Amérique latine.

  • Certifications professionnelles (p. ex. CEBS, CRHA/CHRP, GBA).

  • Expérience au sein d’une organisation multinationale ou matricielle.

Our progressive Benefits team is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to support our employee benefit programs in the Americas (Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the United States). Roughly 50% of the responsibilities will be related to supporting benefits in Canada, while the remaining responsibilities will cover the U.S. and LATAM. This position requires a high level of adaptability, emotional intelligence, and efficiency.

This role will report to the Associate Director of Benefits for the Americas. The Senior Benefits Specialist will be responsible for employee inquiries, data processing, leave of absence, workplace accommodation, and vendor management, as well as for participating in the renewal processes and supporting overall benefit compliance.

Program Management & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs including health & welfare benefits, paid time off, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, retirement plans, and wellness offerings.

  • Process enrollments and transmit data to vendors timely.

  • Engage regularly with our benefit brokers, carriers, third-party administrators, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Support ongoing plan operations, renewals, and vendor implementations.

  • Act as the primary driver for continuous improvement of benefit-related processes, identifying inefficiencies and leading initiatives to enhance effectiveness, accuracy, and employee experience.

Leave & Accommodation Expertise

  • Manage leave of absence processes, including statutory leaves (e.g., EI, QPIP, provincial leaves) and employer specific programs.

  • Support workplace accommodation requests, collaborating with HR, managers, and third-party vendor to ensure consistent, compliant practices.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure benefits programs comply with all applicable regulations, including:

    Canada: Federal and provincial employment standards, Québec-specific requirements

    Mexico: LFT, IMSS

    Brazil: CLT, statutory benefits (e.g., FGTS, INSS)

  • Maintain and distribute plan documentation, policies, and required notices as needed.

Employee Support & Communication

  • Deliver a high-quality employee experience, ensuring benefits inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

  • Develop, update, and deliver benefits communications, training materials, and presentations.

  • Provide support in French for Canadian employees as appropriate

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, including direct responsibility for Canadian programs.

  • Demonstrated experience with Canadian benefit design, leave of absence requirements, and accommodation processes.

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (for international collaboration).

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multiple countries across North America and LATAM.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CEBS, CHRP, GBA).

  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
