  • Apply modelling tools (e.g. mechanical, thermal, material) and build custom physical test rigs to evaluate early concepts and inform design decisions.
  • Translate research findings into evidence-based actionable insights for design, development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Actively share engineering capabilities, modelling explorations, and iterative learnings across the Product Innovation team to strengthen a culture of experimentation, rapid feedback, and continuous innovation.

qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and applying simulation and modelling tools (e.g., FEA, CFD, multiscale modeling) to support product and system design.
  • Experience translating engineering insights into functional prototypes and real-world applications, particularly in soft goods or wearables.
  • Proficient in developing test setups and instrumentation for performance evaluation.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and guide engineering decisions.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
