What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor of Nitrogen Supply Chain, you will be responsible for providing leadership for site operations. You will ensure accountability for budgetary matters and provide direction and assistance to employees to maintain compliance Dyno Nobel values. Other duties include:
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards and objectives, maintaining compliance with Incitec Pivot values
Provide site leadership to achieve a sustainable Zero Harm Action Plan
Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of the facility utilities infrastructure, including steam generation and wastewater treatment
Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of the transload function
Develop and implement maintenance program for site
Plan and manage the establishment of site budget, both for site utilities and for transload
Develop schedule to meet needs of both suppliers and clients
Responsible for site security program
Ensure compliance with all applicable acts and regulations
Develop and maintain working relationship with local government agencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of college or university program, or equivalent, with aptitude for mechanical principles and math
- Knowledge of financial modeling and reporting such that data provided by DN analysts can be reviewed
- 10+ years experience dealing with hazardous industrial chemicals
- 10+ years experience in dealing with steam production equipment and applicable codes
- Experience in operating within an unionized industrial environment
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
