Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
This is your opportunity to join the Lifecycle Marketing team! In this role, you'll take the lead in the strategic planning, creation, execution, performance assessment and optimization of national marketing initiatives aimed at generating digital adoption and engagement within our customer base. You'll have the chance to oversee the delivery of a variety of projects for Intact Financial Corporation's brands, including Intact Insurance and belairdirect, across various markets. Collaborating closely with other Marketing and internal teams, you'll play a crucial role in developing strategies, gathering insights, identifying areas of opportunity and overseeing the delivery of impactful tactics that align with our core business goals.
What you’ll do here
Lead cross-functional committees regrouping several different business units to align on plans and tactics supporting digital adoption, engagement and new feature launches.
Coordinate with other marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning and overall strategy.
Manage the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns and client communications (email, SMS, direct mail) for the different brands and segments.
Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, gathering relevant insights and information for each project.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, in close collaboration with the internal teams (database, operations, IT, web environments, brand, legal, etc.), the external agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.
Validate proofs to ensure a flawless delivery without mistake.
Drive creativity while ensuring compliance with the various brands’ creative guidelines.
Assess campaign performance to make recommendations for optimization, driving innovation and outperformance.
Participate in various forums/discussions, make recommendations and share relevant updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / Communications or in any other related field.
5-7 years of experience in email marketing, relationship/lifecycle marketing or other marketing field also considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, results oriented and ability to challenge the status quo.
Sense of organization and priority management.
Great ability to adapt to changes.
Leadership and excellent teamwork skills.
Attention to detail.
Dynamism, proactivity, and creative spirit.
Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of the insurance industry, an asset.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
