Your role

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory for the plant and its external warehouses. You will actively contribute to supply chain performance and the smooth execution of the production plan, while working closely with passionate and engaged colleagues.

The position is based at our Saint-Hyacinthe plant.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Ensure the accuracy of physical and system inventory for the plant and external warehouses, in compliance with internal control procedures

• Coordinate, plan, and carry out periodic and physical inventory counts

• Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure inventory updates, monitoring, and adjustments are completed in the SAP system within required timelines

• Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to support overall supply chain performance

What you bring to the team

• Completed college diploma in logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or logistics

• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and apply internal control standards

• Knowledge of an integrated ERP system, particularly SAP (an asset)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Bilingualism — an asset (regular interactions and communications with various stakeholders across Canada, in accordance with Bill 96, section 46)
