  • Monitor caregiver performance and conduct ad-hoc evaluations during on-call hours to ensure that care is provided according to SereneAid standards.
  • Staff Development :
  • Assess staff training needs during on-call shifts and provide feedback to improve team performance and care outcomes.

  • Work with the management team to identify areas for staff improvement based on on-call performance evaluations.
  • Family and Community Engagement :

  • On-Call Communication with Families :
  • Build relationships with families through regular updates during your on-call shifts. Assess family concerns or changes in care needs and incorporate feedback into care planning.

  • Community Outreach :

  • Safety Protocols & Risk Management :
  • Assess and address safety concerns during on-call shifts. Ensure health protocols are followed and that emergency preparedness plans are in place for any urgent incidents.

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks to resident health and safety, including infection prevention measures, as part of your on-call responsibilities.
