This is a full-time, remote position for the Head of Department at Kraken. The role involves overseeing department operations, creating strategic plans, and ensuring all activities align with the organizations goals and objectives. Responsibilities include managing cross-team collaboration, driving performance, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring the efficient use of resources to meet key performance indicators.
