FITNESS MANAGER - Term Position
Who is a Fitness Manager?
The Fitness Manager is responsible for developing their direct reports and growing the number of personal trainers, net Client gain, and serviced hours at their Club. The Fitness Manager must ensure a high standard of professionalism, results-based programming, and profitability in the Personal Training department. The Fitness Manager is an integral part of successful Club Operations and must strive to create an engaging and motivating environment that attracts and retains both Associates and Clients.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $53,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $53,000 - $95,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
