The Town of Blackfalds is recruiting enthusiastic, safety‑focused, and customer‑service–driven Seasonal Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to join our team at the Abbey Centre Outdoor Pool. If you enjoy working outdoors, value teamwork, and are passionate about aquatic safety and instruction, we want to hear from you!
As part of our Aquatics team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, fun, and safe aquatic experience for all guests. Seasonal Lifeguards and Swim Instructors are responsible for:

The hourly wage range is $20.21 / hour to $22.62 / hour.
The hours of work range from part-time to full-time, with the possibility of on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency callouts.
