Job description
Genetics is looking for a dynamic individual, eager to thrive in a stimulating environment, to join the Civil Structure department as a design technician. trice.

Here is the profile we are looking for

  • Holds a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • 5 to 9 years of design experience in the civil/structural field;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  • Knowledge of Revit and Solidworks (an asset);
  • Fluent in spoken and written French (fluency in English is an asset for collaborating with our clients outside Quebec);
  • Demonstrates a good ability to adapt;
  • Demonstrates positive leadership, autonomy, and a strong ability to work in a team;

  • Design and drafting of steel, wood, and concrete structures;
  • Design and drafting of concrete foundations;
  • Calculation of seismic anchors;
  • Inspection of steel and concrete structures;
  • Site supervision;
