We are looking for an Outside Sales Executive to expand Hästens' presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth.
This isn't a role for everyone. It's a high-performance hunter role designed for people who thrive on winning new business, create opportunities where others see obstacles, and consistently perform among the very best. You'll take ownership of your territory, build your pipeline, and play a key role in Hästens' continued growth.
You'll spend approximately 80% of your time travelling across your territory, meeting prospective partners and expanding Hästens' retail network. Success in this role requires resilience, commercial drive, and the ability to consistently deliver results.
Your Mission
Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.

Qualifications
Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
A proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).
