Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor major equipment (depositors, baggers, palletizers, and labelers); perform routine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure peak efficiency.

Ingredient Processing: Accurately scale and prepare ingredients according to formulas; maintain the integrity of ingredient bins to prevent contamination.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular weight checks and visual inspections to ensure all products meet SKU specifications and food safety standards (GMPs).

Data Management: Accurately input production data and downtime logs into SAP and MII systems.

Relief Support: Provide coverage for various stations, including packaging, boxing, and mixing, to ensure continuous workflow during breaks and shift changes.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a pristine workspace; strictly adhere to Health & Safety protocols and use all required PPE.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Reliable Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for commuting. Due to shift times and the need for punctual attendance, candidates relying on carpooling or public transit will not be considered.

Adaptability: Must be able to work the weekly rotating 12-hour day/night schedule and be available for overtime.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a environment ranging from 58°F to 80°F.

Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for documentation and team coordination.
