General Manager – Luxury Import/Export Business
A well-established and growing luxury import/export organization is seeking a strategic and operationally strong General Manager to oversee the full scope of business operations.
This leadership role requires a Fortune 500 mindset paired with entrepreneurial agility. The successful candidate will bring structure, discipline, and scalable processes while remaining hands-on and deeply engaged in the day-to-day workings of the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting to ownership, the General Manager will oversee staff, operations, systems, and overall business performance. This individual will play a critical role in building infrastructure, formalizing processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate is not afraid to learn the business from the ground up and step in wherever needed to ensure success.
