Job description
Calling all Accounts Payable professionals! We have an exciting opportunity located in Scarborough through Randstad Finance & Accounting. Randstad has partnered with a dynamic organization looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Payable Associate to join their team immediately.

Title: Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk (French & English)
Location: Scarborough, ON (Fully Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/hour
Job Type: 3-month contract, immediate start

Do you have experience with full-cycle vendor management?
Are you proficient with advanced functions in Excel?

Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are coded and entered accurately.
• Communicate professionally with vendors in both French and English to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries.
• Perform regular statement reconciliations to maintain healthy vendor relationships and account accuracy.
• Utilize Excel to track data, manage spreadsheets, and support month-end closing activities.
• Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with internal company policies.

Qualifications
• Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or a similar financial capacity.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).
• Ability to work fully onsite in Scarborough and start immediately.
• Exceptional communication skills
