Full Time Nanny Wanted in Oak Bay – Starting July 2026
We’re looking for a caring, flexible, and reliable nanny to join our family to care for our one-year-old son starting in July, when I return to work from maternity leave. This would be a live out position.
We are both healthcare workers with variable daily schedules so flexibility is important. The position would require early mornings, starting 6 : 45–7 : 00am and generally ending around 4 : 30 / 5pm with occasional evenings. Ideally looking for someone who would be agreeable to very very rare weekend / overnight care only if unavoidable with our work schedules. Private suite and bathroom provided for overnights.
Part time hours can be offered in June to help ease the transition of me going back to work full time. This would provide an opportunity to get to know our routines and our child before starting work with our family full time in July.
Our goal is to establish a lasting partnership with someone who will become an important and trusted part of our son’s life as he grows.
