Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities with airports, regulatory bodies, engineering groups, and key aviation stakeholders.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with high level decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and high-value negotiations.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to create tailored solutions for customer challenges.
• Deliver market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to support strategic planning.
• Represent the organization at major aviation events, conferences, and trade shows while showcasing innovative technology.
• Ensure long-term client success and satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships beyond the initial sale.
• Travel extensively across North America to engage customers and drive market presence.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience within aviation, infrastructure, or advanced technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success hitting sales targets and expanding market share.
• Expertise in consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
• Strong communication skills with an executive-level presence.
• Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute and deliver results.
• Knowledge of airport operations and airfield lighting systems.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills & Additional Assets

• MBA or advanced business education.
• French language skills.

Work Environment

This position requires regular travel throughout North America to engage partners, explore new business opportunities, and lead customer discussions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—from marketing to engineering—to develop comprehensive solutions for airport clients. Representing the company at high-profile industry events is a key component of the role, highlighting the need for strong communication ability and a polished professional presence.

This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, BC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
