What You'll Be Doing

• The main activity in this department is the packaging of the ingredients per our different recipes specifications, into their appropriate plastic packaging.

• You will prepare and package food items according to weekly recipe specifications with the use and operation of specific single use packaging portioning machines

• You will be required to set up and maintain the packaging machines in safe, clean and good operating condition

• You will be required to work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility

• This position involves frequent bending and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as part of the essential duties

• The role includes end-of-shift cleanup and the proper staging of finished products

• You will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 0-4 degrees Celsius

What We Are Looking For

• Operated and maintained industrial portioning and packaging machines in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring consistent output and minimal downtime

• Experience operating and maintaining industrial portioning and packaging machines in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting

• Strong numerical skills with experience in inventory management and stock control

• Solid understanding of allergen segregation and food safety compliance

• Clear, articulate communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Empathetic team player who practices professionalism and understanding in all interactions

What You Can Expect

• Hourly wage of $22.20

• Wednesday to Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm
