Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will act as a strategic program-level advisor, at the heart of initiatives that are critical to the organization. Your role: design and deploy change management strategies that mobilize, engage, and endure, in close partnership with business teams and HR partners.
What you will accomplish with us:
Advise and influence leaders and program teams.
Define and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
Engage stakeholders and support the adoption of new ways of working.
Orchestrate communications, learning, and post-implementation support.
Identify and mitigate people-related risks associated with transformation.
Coordinate, when required, other change management advisors.
What You Bring to Our Team:
Over 10 years of experience, including more than 5 years in change management (large-scale projects and programmes).
Strong influencing skills and comfort working with executive leaders.
Solid business acumen and the ability to simplify complexity.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country.
Compensation information:
Base salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
