Labourer-Operator

Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Labourer-Operator with industrial experience for a temporary job in Sherwood Park, AB starting February/March 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule,10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
