What you will do:

·Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.

·Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.

·Greet customers at the service center.

·Accompany clients according to there needs.

·Complete billing

·Support technicians during the installation of TAG systems and for repairs.

·Ensure customer satisfaction at every steps

·Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment – ​​health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need?

·A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset

·Hold a valid drivers’ license

·Bilingualism, an asset

·Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km
