Job Description

Join a rapidly growing medical solutions company dedicated to advancing the treatment of atrial fibrillation with cutting-edge technology. As a Production Assembler, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of life-saving medical devices.

Work Environment

Work in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment focused on creating life-saving medical devices. Collaborate within a team based on trust and respect in a cleanroom setting. Be flexible with a 4-day on, 3-day off schedule starting at 6:30 am, while working with chemicals and glues.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor to uphold quality standards.
• Assemble products and parts according to work instructions and specifications.
• Finalize and package products for shipment with precision and care.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment efficiently.
• Monitor assembly line to identify and remove faulty products.
• Meet production targets with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Report issues to supervisors or production manager promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Comfort with 12-hour shifts and weekend work.
• Ability to follow procedures in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada for at least 1 year.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary team.

• Experience with microscopic assembly.
• Strong interpersonal skills including maturity, teamwork, respect, and tact.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly productive with a strong drive to succeed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
