About the PositionThe Field Marketing Programs Manager is a highly motivated, results-driven marketer responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing innovative partner marketing programs across the Americas. This role is critical to driving partner engagement, pipeline growth, and business impact at scale for both WatchGuard and our partner ecosystem.You will own high-volume partner marketing initiatives—balancing strategy with execution—while continuously improving efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, channel strategy, and field execution, making it ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys building repeatable programs that deliver results.A Day in the LifeNo two days look the same for a Field Marketing Programs Manager. One day you may be designing digital engagement engines to accelerate partner cross-sell and up-sell, and the next you may be optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and performance insights.Your mornings often begin by reviewing program data and partner engagement metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance. Throughout the day, you collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to drive a marketing-generated pipeline.You may wrap up the day collaborating with WatchGuard One stakeholders to brainstorm new levers to increase partner participation, adoption, and success at scale. Above all, you bring structure, creativity, and accountability to every initiative you own.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage the Americas Partner Marketing Program Offering
  • Design and manage a scalable partner marketing program portfolio that supports partners of all sizes and maturity levels.
  • Identify and manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver a comprehensive marketing menu, including digital marketing, events, webinars, AI-powered content tools, call blitzes, and more.
  • Design and scale partner webinar programs that support demand generation, cross-sell, and upsell—ranging from turnkey WatchGuard-hosted webinars to co-branded partner-led experiences.
  • Localize and package global programs and content for the Americas partner ecosystem to drive adoption and usage.
  • Maintain and enhance the partner marketing portal with up-to-date program offerings, promotional assets, and self-service campaign materials.
  • Host recurring partner marketing webinars to educate, enable, and drive participation in available programs.
  • Enable Field Marketing Managers and Channel Account Managers with the knowledge and tools to effectively position program value to partners.
  • Manage a High Volume of Partners at Scale
  • Own the strategy, health, and success of high-volume partners across the Americas, implementing scalable engagement models aligned with business priorities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner experience by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and introducing scalable best practices.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align partner engagement efforts with WatchGuard’s growth objectives and ensure consistent execution across regions.
  • Field Marketing Programs Execution
  • Execute regional digital and direct marketing programs leveraging ABX platforms (including 6sense) and additional paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Support local field and partner event strategies, including regional industry events, and local partner enablement events, ensuring alignment with broader campaign objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, field marketing, or demand generation—preferably within technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including ABX strategies, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, database management, and ABX tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

CompensationThe base salary range is $105,000-$115,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 5% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience.
