Job Summary:
A successful QA Auditor will assess the quality of all components released to clients, ensuring they meet mandated specifications to the highest standard at both the component and case level. To ensure all case requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and all components correctly set up, and all requests are ready to be processed or verified.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
  • Receipt, log and acknowledgment of all Searches received within the SLA timeframes.
  • Request and follow up any missing information for the case or specific check
  • Ensure all searches are expediently allocated to the relevant area, reference, criminal, education, international in accordance with First Advantage’s policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance is inclusive of but not limited to the following:
  • Checking all relevant verification fields are completed
  • Checking all relevant alerts and comments have been entered
  • All spelling, grammar and punctuation is checked for errors and corrected
  • Feedback is provided to any in-house teams and references via the appropriate channels
  • All components (where required) are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Pricing (where required) is completed with accuracy and to client contract/SLA
Business Performance
  • Pricing (where required) is completed with accuracy and to client contract/SLA
  • 100% adherence to Privacy Legislation, processes, company policies and procedures
  • Attendance and participation in daily huddles, general meetings and team meetings.
  • Escalation of issues or complaints to Team Leader (or relevant party if TL unavailable) as soon as they become aware of them.
  • To ensure all activity relating to QC is achieved within client SLA and FADV agreed timeframes.
  • It is expected that should the meeting of SLAs not be deemed possible, communication to the Team Leader – Quality Assurance will be made without delay.
  • Monitor activity at a check level and search level to ensure any issues or delays are identified and followed up immediately
  • Ability to maintain the required performance in specific tasks and also ability to be crossed trained into other duties and responsibilities within the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Ad hoc tasks where requested by the Team Leader or Management.
Customer Service
  • To deliver service excellence aligned to FADV Core Values
  • To ensure appropriate follow-up is made to internal teams to meet individual Client Service levels.
  • To co-ordinate with other internal teams to resolve client and candidate issues.
  • Be a positive, willing, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times

Relationship management
  • To co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate action is taken on individual cases.
  • Active participation in team meeting forums and customer focus groups.
  • Ad hoc tasks where requested by the Team Leaders or Management.

Operating Systems
  • Maintain knowledge and capability on FADV operating systems specific to position including but not limited to SOPSS, CSPi, GCM/EA as instructed by Team Leader or Management.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and put forward suggestions for process change in writing and during Team meetings.
  • Participate in projects or tasks to support projects as directed by Team Leader.

Financial management
  • Meeting of assigned KPIs (supplied separately to this job description and regularly reviewed)
  • To attend weekly Team meetings and engage with your team members by expressing ideas for service improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Log all escalations. Complete all logs as required within the requested timeframes.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
Education:
  • A qualification in office business management or related discipline preferred but not required
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience of Microsoft Excel, Office and Word
Experience:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Confidence when talking to team member and departments at all levels
  • A willingness to accept and embrace change
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Language: English
  • Problem-solving skills, can think on their feet and use initiative
  • Good Time management skills
  • The ability to work within a team environment and individually

This position is a replacement role for an existing vacancy.
Applications are processed through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and while automation helps with organization, all decisions include meaningful human involvement which is maintained throughout the hiring process.

The base salary range for this position is approximately $40,000-$42,000 CAD. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process

Résumé du poste:
Un(e) Auditeur(trice) QA performant(e) évaluera la qualité de tous les composants remis aux clients, garantissant qu’ils répondent aux spécifications requises au plus haut niveau, tant au niveau du composant que du dossier. Il/Elle veillera à ce que toutes les demandes de dossiers soient traitées dans les 24 heures suivant leur réception, que tous les composants soient correctement configurés et que toutes les demandes soient prêtes à être traitées ou vérifiées.

Responsabilités:
Assurance Qualité
  • Réception, enregistrement et accusé de réception de toutes les recherches reçues dans les délais SLA.
  • Demander et effectuer le suivi de toute information manquante pour un dossier ou une vérification spécifique.
  • S’assurer que toutes les recherches sont rapidement attribuées au domaine approprié (références, casier judiciaire, éducation, international) conformément aux politiques et procédures de First Advantage.
L’Assurance Qualité inclut, sans s’y limiter:
  • Vérifier que tous les champs de vérification pertinents sont complétés.
  • Vérifier que toutes les alertes et commentaires pertinents ont été saisis.
  • Vérifier et corriger l’orthographe, la grammaire et la ponctuation.
  • Fournir des retours aux équipes internes et aux références via les canaux appropriés.
  • Compléter tous les composants requis avec précision et souci du détail.
  • Effectuer la tarification (si applicable) avec exactitude et conformément aux contrats clients/SLA.
Performance opérationnelle

  • Veiller à ce que toutes les activités liées au contrôle qualité (QC) soient réalisées dans le SLA client et les délais convenus avec FADV.
  • En cas d’impossibilité de respecter les SLA, en informer sans délai le Chef d’Équipe – Assurance Qualité.
  • Surveiller les activités au niveau des vérifications et recherches afin d’identifier immédiatement tout problème ou retard et d’y remédier.
  • Maintenir la performance requise ainsi que la capacité à être formé(e) à d’autres tâches au sein de l’équipe Assurance Qualité.
  • Tâches ponctuelles selon demande du Chef d’Équipe ou de la Direction.
Service Client
  • Offrir une excellence de service alignée sur les valeurs fondamentales de FADV.
  • Effectuer les suivis appropriés avec les équipes internes afin de respecter les niveaux de service des clients.
  • Coordonner avec d’autres équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes clients ou candidats.
  • Être un membre positif, flexible et engagé de l’équipe en tout temps.
Gestion des relations
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer la prise en charge appropriée des dossiers individuels.
  • Participer activement aux réunions d’équipe et aux groupes de discussion orientés client.
  • Tâches ponctuelles selon demande des Chefs d’Équipe ou de la Direction.
Systèmes d’exploitation
  • Maintenir une connaissance des systèmes opérationnels FADV liés au poste, incluant mais ne se limitant pas à SOPSS, CSPi, GCM/EA, selon les instructions du Chef d’Équipe ou de la Direction.
Initiatives stratégiques
  • Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et proposer des recommandations par écrit ou en réunion d’équipe.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Formation :
  • Une qualification en gestion administrative ou domaine connexe est un atout mais non obligatoire.
  • Une vitesse de frappe minimale de 40 mots/minute est requise.
  • Compétences intermédiaires à avancées sur Microsoft Excel, Office et Word.
Expérience :
  • Expérience en centre d’appels souhaitée mais non essentielle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Aisance pour interagir avec des membres d’équipe et des départements à tous les niveaux.
  • Capacité à accepter et adopter le changement.
Autres compétences, connaissances ou certifications :
  • Grande attention au détail.
  • Langue : Anglais
