Tax Associate

to its close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of tax experience who wants exposure beyond routine compliance and is excited to grow in a collaborative, modern environment.

About the Role

As a Tax Associate, you’ll support a variety of tax and accounting engagements, working closely with senior team members on

tax compliance, tax planning support, reorganizations, M&A-related work, and accounting projects . You’ll gain hands‑on experience while learning to leverage technology and cloud-based tools to deliver high-quality client service.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys learning, values teamwork, and wants to build a strong foundation in tax within a firm that encourages growth and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

Support tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client base

Assist with tax planning, reorganizations, and M&A-related projects

Prepare working papers, schedules, and draft technical documentation

Use cloud-based accounting and tax tools to support client deliverables

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client needs

Participate in continuous process improvement and adoption of new tools

What We’re Looking For

2‑3 years of relevant tax experience in public practice or a professional services environment

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Working knowledge of :

Excel (including Power Query)

Tax software (e.g., CCH Taxprep)

Accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero

Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn

Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
